I was very satisfied with the service I received. I contacted the company and spoke with Ed who was able to educate me thoroughly on my issue and how best to resolve it. I was provided with affordable options and service plans. 10/10 would recommend. Ed came out and handled 4 bees nests in my yard and advised me that he will return in 14 days to respray in order to continue the bee management. All State Pro Exterminators has been great. When I bought a rooming house in Bound Brook NJ years ago it had bed bugs that the previous owner was not able to get rid of. I tried another exterminator for months and they could not get rid of the bugs even though the other company had been successful in the past. However, All State Pro Exterminators was excellent in first managing the situation and then getting rid of the tough bugs completely over time. Ed the owner provided not only excellent service, but "tough love", advice about bed bug covers, walk ups, traps, etc., and coaching on how to manage the situation which went beyond normal exterminating. The company also provided "prep" service which most companies do not offer to my knowledge. We are bug free as a result of All State Pro Exterminators profession service! I highly recommend this company, but you (and any tenants) must do your part too which is not always easy!

Responsive and very friendly! I called in the early evening for an ant problem and was able to get someone the following day in the late afternoon. They explained our options and the process, and seem like fair pricing. They killed the satellite ant colony that was inside the home, and then treated the rest of the house and outside with more repellents. They let us know that we had to be out of the house for two hours while they did this so we were prepared and it went smoothly. Option to pay by credit card but discounted with cash payments. Depending on your service level there is a guarantee for 90 days to 6 months, so if they return we will still be taken care of. Thank you!
